Collection of access data
The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the retrieved web page, the file, the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred, the successful retrieval message, the browser type, the user's operating system, the referrer URL, the IP address and the requesting host. The provider uses the log data without assignment to the user or other profile creation according to the legal regulations. The log data are used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, the security and the optimization of the online offer only. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data at a later date due to concrete grounds if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use.

Collection and use of personal data
Personal data are collected and used by the provider only if this is legally permitted or the users consent to the data collection. Normally it is clear to the user which data is stored when using this service, such as name, email address and message when using the contact form. The personal data (such as name, email address, postal address, payment data) for the purpose of ordering digital goods are used by the vendor to fulfill and process the contract. These data are treated confidentially, are transferred encrypted and are not passed to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment process. When contacting the provider (by contact form or email), the user's data are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise. The provider has undertaken organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are complied and to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.

Forwarding data to third parties
The data of users are only forwarded to third parties if this is legally permitted or a user has consented to the forwarding. This is, for example, the case when the data is passed on to fulfill the contractual obligations against the user and the postal address is handed over to a forwarding company after a shop order. Or if the data are requested by competent authorities such as law enforcement agencies. The personal data of the users are by no means sold to third parties for advertising purpose or for the purpose of creating user profiles.

The website makes use of so-called cookies in order to recognize repeat use of the website by the same user/internet connection subscriber. Cookies are small text files that internet browsers downloads and stores on the computer. They are used to improve the website and services. Information, cancellation and deletion

In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, blockage and deletion of his personal data, as far as no statutory retention is required.

Changes to data protection
The provider reserves the right to change this privacy policy in order to adapt it to the changed legal situation or to changes in the service and data processing.
